Nettleton Baptist Church is committed to building up the Body of Christ.We are dedicated to reaching all people with the Hope of the Gospel. Our focus is on building peoples lives that reflect and demonstrate the character of Jesus Christ.

We come together each week to be involved in the most awesome worship. It is not awesome because we are; it is awesome because of who we worship - our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is our audience of One. We try to create an atmosphere that makes it easy for the church to lift Him up in praise by offering traditional and blended services.

 

Our celebration choir, praise team, piano and organ celebrating in the wonderful tried and true hymns of the faith lead the traditional service. Our praise band joins the choir and praise team, leading in our blended service that includes hymns, but also adds newer songs of praise and worship.

 

At Nettleton Baptist Church, we also try to provide special music & worship opportunities for all ages. Our preschool & children's choirs meet during the school year and sing several times each year, including musicals at Christmas and an end of the year concert. Our youth attend Praise Works Music Camp in the summer and lead in worship once each quarter on Sunday nights. We also have youth and college students that sing solos during our regular worship services. The Celebration Choir leads in both morning worship services and provide special songs of praise. They also are a major part of our Christmas Drama/Musicals, Easter Season Presentations, and Patriotic Celebrations. The Praise Team is comprised of members of the Celebration Choir who lead in both morning worship service and provide special music on occasion.

 

We also have a senior adult day in August and have presented some wonderful musicals. They prepare songs for our senior adult day in August and have presented some wonderful music.

In addition to music we are always in need of people who are gifted in sound, media, and lighting. If you have experience or would be willing to train in any of these areas you would be of great service to our Lord here at NBC.
